Diffraction Structures Formed by Two Crossed Superimposed Diffraction Gratings

چکیده

The diffraction patterns generated by surface relief structures that consisted of two identical crossed, superimposed gratings formed in the As2S3 thin films electron beam recording and subsequent chemical etching were studied. angle between with grating periods equal to 2 μm was varied 2° 90°. Additional a set intersection nodes basic lines considered simulate patterns. circular symmetric structure composed four crossed has been as combination pairs gratings. A good agreement calculated experimental is observed.

The use of double grating diffraction shearing for measurement of MTF is demonstrated. By superimposing two gratings optically we avoid the problem of grating contact and subsequent degradation.
